Differences between Roles and Portal Access Groups
A Role gives access to resources on the Developer Portal. A Developer Portal role in any organization gives the user the ability to sign into the Portal. A Portal Access Group (PAG) is a type of custom role that provides special access to I/O docs and plans on the Developer Portal.
For more information on Roles, see Control Center Roles.
For more information on Portal Access Groups, see Portal Access Groups Introduction.
